OUR TRAINING METHOD

We take each prospective client through a complimentary full body fitness assessment to help us build the best fitness program for you.

The data we collect from the initial assessment helps us identify your strengths and any imbalances you may have that can be addressed with corrective exercises within your program. Combined with your short- and long-term fitness goals, we work to build the best program for you.

Once you have joined our training program and we pair you with one of our coaches, you will gain access to our coaching app to track every component of your fitness journey including, but not limited to, daily workouts, nutrition, supplementation, and progress measurements.

The first 6 weeks we focus on building back stronger to lay a solid foundation of mobility, stability, metabolic training, and functional strength. Each consecutive level aims to build on top of the previous level by safely progressing each exercise to ensure that you are always building strength, moving better and pain free, reducing the risk of injury and achieving your goals.

At each level we record specific strength baselines to measure your progress over the course of the program.
